A full range of materials can be manufactured:

Nitrile Rubber, NBR, EPDM, Silicone, PTFEs, Polyurethanes, Low Temperature, Low Friction, Plastics, Nylon, UHMWPE, KEL-F.

Special Materials are available on request.

Valve Seat Ring Renewal

Should you have a requirement for replacement seatrings for any type of valve we can manufacture at our workshop to any class required.

We can also supply work teams to carry out reconditioning onboard the vessel.

Emergency Service

We have a bespoke service, send us your sample and we can manufacture an exact replacement in requested material within seven days.
